wonderful stay
train stations helpful staff
i REALLY liked this place. The two train stations were a big help for getting around. A hop on hop off bus has a stop right outside which is great. Mr Servin at the concierge was very helpful with suggestions, he made things easier.
i stayed four nights and got a room next to the elevator shaft. The elevator ran ALL night. The noise bothered me, so i asked for a different room. The staff did not apologize at ALL.

the hotel IS very close to transport. Two train stations are nearby for easy travel around town. The hop on hop off bus also stops right in front of the hotel making it EASY to see the sights.

the hotel staff IS friendly and helpful always. Mr Servin at the concierge helped us a lot with directions. He gave recommendations, which we appreciated VERY much.

the location provides direct access to a shopping mall. an lrt station is also easily accessible. parking is limited, but in-stay guests get free parking. check-in and check-out were quick.
i found the room was not well cleaned. i saw stains on the toilet bowl upon arrival. the pillow had a vomit smell. i requested it to be changed.

Excellent Stay with Convenient Amenities

The staff were very helpful and friendly. The hotel has direct access to a shopping mall. I found this feature quite convenient for quick shopping (especially for souvenirs). The breakfast buffet offered various dishes including Western and local cuisine.
I experienced a slow check-in process. There was also no assistance with luggage to my room, so I handled it myself. The room carpets could be cleaner.

The gym includes more than basic equipment with multiple machines. The hotel offers a great pool space, though I did not use it. Breakfast features Western to local cuisine. bread, pastries, salads, and fruits.

convenient location great variety attentive staff shopping mall
the location was convenient, with easy access to public transport. breakfast included a great variety of food. the staff was attentive and always available to assist. i really enjoyed the shopping mall connected to the hotelwith many options.
the hotel seems a little past its prime, needing some refreshing. i noticed minor wear in the room, though it didn't impact my comfort significantly.

the room included a big, comfortable bed and was kept very clean. a spacious bathroom with a bath tub added to the experience. the room also featured a lovely view, giving a pleasant backdrop.
